Shipping Policy

How it Works

All orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days of being signed off by you (our valued customer) and then scheduled accordingly.

Once your order has been scheduled, production time typically takes around 2-4 working days depending on the size of the orders.

We will update you throughout the process and will also send a delivery update as soon as production is complete.

We then hand deliver all our orders Island Wide FREE of charge.

- We use Royal Mail & Acclaim Logistics for any Mainland UK Address.

So sit back, relax and let us take care of everything.

However, returns can potentially be accepted in some circumstances.

1) The Item has not been "Altered" or "Modified" in any way shape or form.

2) The Item is in "New" condition and has/is not damaged, used, worn, has a bad odour, animal hair attached or previously been washed.

4) The Item is clean and without any logo applications applied.

3) The Item is returned to the following address within 30days of purchase.

Depending on circumstances, you will be granted an option of a refund OR an exchange of the item (like for like).
